Belrush Realty has a unique approach to the onboarding process. If they desire, each new agent will partner with a top producing Belrush agent for both a listing and buyer transaction. The top producer, who remains the lead agent on the transaction, will be responsible for walking the new agents through each step of the deal, including contract preparation, listing presentations, open houses, showings, applicable addenda, home inspections, appraisals, all the way to the closing. At the end of both transactions the new agent will walk away from the settlement table not only with a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of a real estate transaction, but also 25% of each commission!
New agents are also provided marketing strategies, mentors, and constant access to the Broker. We are boutique and are focused on quality over quantity. We will provide all the necessary information so agents may start their business successfully!
